an uncut video while opening your parcel. This video is essential for
substantiating your damage claim.

- Return Window: You may
return damaged items within 5 days of purchase for a full refund or
exchange. This timeframe is strictly enforced to ensure a fair assessment.
3. Incident
Verification
- Review Process: Our
dedicated team will thoroughly review the submitted video to validate the
damage claim. This ensures the integrity of our returns system.
4. Product
Condition
- Clear Evidence Required:
Returns will only be authorized if there is clear evidence of damage.
Discrepancies or inconsistencies in your documentation may lead to denial
of the return request.
5. Important
Notes
- Refund Conditions: Refunds
will only be issued if a defective product cannot be exchanged for the
same item. An unpacking video is mandatory for this process.
- Notification Requirement:
You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product if it is
defective.
- Other Returns: For all
other cases, exchanges will be processed, or store credit will be issued,
valid for one year.
Refund Process
